So, the short minded people who constantly try to bait others into saying something that "hurts" their agenda/feelings/brain patterns that we get punished on JSP won't have as much pull, I hope. Let people talk and let people tell you your stupid. It makes you think. Even if it's against what you are saying. For those that want to silence (Ya'll know who you are!!!), even mods that feel their political alignment requires them to silence, let the people talk. Let the discourse happen. Smart people can't constantly pretend to be dumb.

My neighbors have voted BLUE for forever. You know what's funny? They are white, heterosexual, upper middle class with two children, mom stays home, dad makes the money, consumers, kids in sports, etc. They vote liberal like clockwork, but they live and propagate conservative values. Do they know why they are voting blue? I don't, they probably don't either. They live like they are conservative.
