we've been giving them millions a year for years and they still cant get themselves some clean drinking water... its obvious their chiefs are corrupt as fuck while most of them live in poverty. they need to hold their own leaders accountable for the lack of progress made in their communities.
i bet most of them would live better lives if they got educated left their own communities to join the rest of Canada.

the money just isnt getting to where it needs to be.
