His past charges are for distribution of heroin.... not the guy I knew when I was in college and was hanging out with him. The charges today were Failure to Appear-Bench Warrant and Possession of Schedule II CDS (Amphetamine) and ... Contraband Defined; Certain Activities Regarding Contraband in Penal Institutions Prohibited; he got caught with drugs after being booked.
This is a good example on how someone can change dramatically from the age of 21 to 36. 15 years and this guy is a different person.
