I follow judicial appointments a lot and notice people seem to only follow SCOTUS rulings and their docket.
A lot of people believe the courts have at least been somewhat politicized or tilted for favorable judicial philosophies.
But no one seems to talk about to U.S. Circuit court of appeals or the district courts.
I firmly believe that the circuit courts are the most important in the country, and the DC courts (when chevron deference is gutted/overturned) will be the most powerful in the nation.
Any other judicial junkies here?
