Neighbor on opposite side of the street today decided to park half blocking my driveway (single car driveway, their side was clear).

asked them to move as had guests coming over, they ignore + put their hand up and talk on their phone.

asked again more firmly for them to move their vehicle, slowly walks to their car, gets in, doesn't move while my guests are literally struggling to get into the driveway.

guests are about to leave, moves 1 foot from where they were but still in the driveway (space there is also a fire route so its illegal to park there regardless).

i asked them to just move their vehicle, bitch starts telling me im escalating and shes trying to be respectful and calm, i said ok, none of that matters, move your vehicle, it shouldnt be blocking my drive - to which was ignored again. i suggested i can call the local authorities or the property manager and they laughed...?

ended up calling the parking enforcement through property management who showed up 30 mins later than they said they would and of course they had moved by then back into their driveway so no citation/discussion on illegally parking and blocking of access to a house.

never seen such a complete disregard for basic decency before in my life. fyi, these people are black and are renters, not owners.

where the eff are the good people living at nowadays? seriously???

yes, to put it quite frank, but, don't forget the part where they were illegally blocking access to my property.

Easily solved with a piece of a spark plug.

looks like will have to monitor for any retaliation now because shitty people dont know how to live in communities anymore.

so, being an asshole for no reason and blocking somebody else's property when there is space infront of your own property is ok but me commenting that they were black is racist?

ever think that they might be racist for thinking they can get away with just being garbage people to everyone else?

no doubt they are assholes, im not debating that...i just dont know what race or home ownership status has to do with it

because the perpetrators are usually low-class peasant minded people who import mindsets from failing countries abroad to local western communities and are fairly rude/racist to whoever is not their own skin colour.

rofl, literally can't take anything you initially wrote at face value after you make comments like this. Unreal.

My original commentary was gonna be that you just ran into an asshole but when you make comments like this.... its hard to really tell what happened.
