He should not be in "public" anything.

Florida forced the mother to send him to public school instead of home schooling him, the teacher ignored his IEP in place to prevent incidents like this, and then behaved in a way that would absolutely trigger an outburst in a severely autistic traumatized child.

Dunno what they expected out of all this.
