Only things repubs have been on about is Hunter this and Hunter that, and when he offers to testify publicly, republicans are scared. They want closed doors so they can fabricate any lies they want, otherwise it would be easily refutable if public.

Yep, i read this few days ago. It could not only prematurely terminate their sheanigans but also penalize their whole party... Such a failure.

I don't get how being ready for something is pertinent to Dems being allowed to have closed door sessions but Reps are not.

The entire two party system revolves around hypocrisy. Both parties are equally guilty of it, pretending that it’s only “the other side” is embarrassing.
