i don't think the world will become a slightly better place by pushing for one more to come into existence

It already is in existence though, and it would be near-sighted of me (I think) to expect empathy from the world if I'm not first willing to extend it myself.

until islam becomes a watered down version of itself like modern western christianity i wouldn't expect any empathy from that part of the world
