My initial post was in general chat. Seeing who is a true crime "sleuth" or fan on here.

And if you want my opinion, a suspect is innocent until guilty, but this one has some weird stuff going on. 10 requests for discovery from the defense, nixing the speedy trial, the grand jury, yada yada.

I pick the fourth option.

What's your opinion?

I would pick 4 also. I would say the guy comes across weird af.. and creepy.
I would be shocked if it wasn't him.
His legal background makes me wonder if he knows some way "out" of his own creation..
