I'm genuinely asking since the way in which he highlights the seeming absurdity of such a "large truck" being used to house "such a small flag" and how it seems atypical for law enforcement to strew things out in plain sight for "media to photograph" seems to imply a possibility that this is staged.

The title of his video is even "Something Seems Off About This", and the current top comment is: "I’ll take “things that are deliberately manufactured” for $400, Alex."
