well if its underground its probably more tricky to blow up, but im sure those dolphins will figure it out.
with brevity, you can google international infrastructure built by the US and then you can google international infrastructure built by China. That will indicate the complete unrealistic pipe-dream (pun intended) of the US building
international infrastructure. I think before they start spending billions on international infrastructure they should first spend billions on
domestic infrastructure.
