I’m fine with it being “harder to buy a gun” in some circumstances but this is one area where it feels like if we give an inch the dominos will start to fall. As long as I can still get what I want I don’t care if something stupid like a waiting period is put in place.
It was nice to see the courts tell the atf they can’t just ban things without going through the proper channels.
If we can agree that automatic weapons should be banned, then a bump stock should be also imo.
it's a gimmicky thing that sacrifices accuracy for firing rate that mimics automatic rates. it's only "good" use is to blow way too much ammo inaccurately at a range, and while i dont want that to be illegal im also not gonna go out on a limb for dumb gun owners who think blowing 300$ in ammo is peak freedom. most of those guys can't iron sight a clay pidgeon at 50 yards with a full clip.
