If covid proved anything its that the ruling class is willing to forcefully make the elderly die in isolation from their loved ones for absolutely zero benefit.

Bill gates is one man who is not a scientist, and one voice out of MILLIONS but you only mention his.
He may not be a scientist or a doctor personally but he has more of them working for him than any lab or hospital.

Do you understand how learning works?
We listen to the experts, that way every person on the planet does not need to get a degree in every field, we trust that those that DO have a degree in that field understand that subject and we take their advice seriously.
Also, who gives a shit if they were wrong about masks, the prevailing opinion was that it would help and YOU LOST NOTHING by putting one on, the only thing refusing to wear a mask did for you was point out that you are a selfish person to everyone else, thats it.
Putting one on MAY have helped, not putting one on 100% did nothing.
You chose to screw over your fellow man for no reason.
And when we DO have a much more serious biohazard, and there is zero chance that it doesn't happen, people like you could be the cause of BILLIONS of deaths instead of the few million trivial deaths you currently lay claim to.
