It is difficult to understand the American judicial system, where a die-hard activist can become a judge, whose decisions impact the entire population.
Incidentally, that says a lot about the conception of justice and democracy, on the part of the person who appointed him.

Trump has demolished American democracy with his arbitrary and dangerous decisions, his sweeping declarations, his "alternative realities" and his calls for revolt, and this country is inexorably fracturing... Or not ?


I have a question: will his decision stay ? And if not; how long before it goes away ?
