The US military says a Russian jet fighter has collided with a US drone causing it to crash into the Black Sea.
if this was a deliberate attack on a US aircraft by a Russian warplane, then that would amount to a huge provocation and a substantial escalation.
The Russian ambassador to the US has been summoned and is expected to meet senior US officials this afternoon local US time.
What do you guys say, can Russia hit American aircrafts and become unpunished for such villain aggressive acts?

Someone paid for the aircraft, probably USA government, taking money from the American taxpayers.
Now the USA government need to buy another aircraft, to replace destroyed one.

I hope the ww3 never comes.
Hovewer its clear we are in the cold war already, with Russia attacking USA and other western countries.
We cant pretend its raining when somebody spits in our faces.
If we let them unpunished they will attack manned aircraft next time.
Such actions cannot be tolerated.

correct, and we should respond as if its unmanned, as it is.

also, i'm no pilot, but how easy is it to hit a drone with a fighter jet on purpose? doesn't seem easy. shooting it, easier. but hitting it seems most logically accidental.

According to America sources it was 32B, not over 100B.

If America wants to send money somewhere its their decision, but if Russia starts hunting and destroying American equipment over the world then I'm not cool with that.
