i will admit i was legitimately worried and surprised that this wasn't a much bigger story, as its been around for quite some time and only youtubes algorithm showing me this for the first time was how i found out about it

I don't see why they are a problem. They are a kitchen that already exists servicing orders that just fall under another name when they are delivered.

that was my first interpretation, but they do not follow health and safety regulations, often times restaurants that fail and get closed down just re open alongside these ghost kitchens as well, continuing to sell food that could likely kill someone, as cross contamination is not at all a concern for these places

they skirt the law quite frequently, at risk of the consumer, and the employee

I bought shit chicken wings from a place, gave it a 1 star review 2 weeks later i bought chicken wings from a new place, same shit chicken wings, gave it a 1 star review, checked street address, same place.

How is this pard related and this bothers you why?
So a company advertises the same burger under different restaurant brands. A bit like going to ali express where they put an identical product with a different label on it.
Does it mean that coca cola can only be bought in 1 vending machine in one store in the country or can you not sell the same product in multiple stores?
