Fruit is probably the worst. Fructose slows your metabolism and is one of the worst for weight gain. Its one of the weirdest chemicals. Fructose can only be digested by your liver and can even contribute to fatty liver disease.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat more than 10-15 grams of fructose per day.
If I do eat fruits I stick to blueberries and strawberries etc. Ill have to check that bar out. I still have Kind bars now and then at work even though they aren't fully keto.
