Facts aren't arguments correct.

He woud have to phrase the statements into an if, and if, statement. Then put a then on it.

If X and if Y, then Trump is a dishonest and corrupt politician.

That is an argument. I prefer a syllogism though...they're stronger and more valid.

If x is y, and y is z, then x is z. Much stronger. Deductive too.
