5th circuit has ruled partially against the CDC/White house/etc, saying they likely violated the first amendment by conspiring with tech companies to censor content, and reinstated the restraining order prohibiting tech company coordination but restricted it to the white house, CDC, surgeon general and FBI

thankfully the FBI is included, they have the most direct exploitable powers
