It has nothing to do with being gay or not.

What Justice Thomas was saying is... SEE... look at the obvious mistakes that were made in Roe vs. Wade, are we sure there weren't similar mistakes made in other cases of that time.

The Supreme Court's job is not to decide if you were speeding or not.
The Supreme Court's job IS to make sure that laws and rulings that are made, are consistent with regards to the Constitution.

This morning, the Supreme Court did NOT rule on abortion. The ruled on a case called Roe v Wade, and whether that case was handled properly, with regards to the Constitution.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court did NOT rule on gun laws, they ruled on whether our current gun laws were consistent with regards to the Constitution.
