State of the Union Address is tonight 9pm eastern time.

I haven't listened to the State of the Union EVER. I've heard bits and pieces before, but I've never actually watched or listened to it live.

What's the point? I know the "state" of things because I pay attention. A single speech of platitudes doesn't seem like a whole lot of value.

he'll not have too much time to commit further infamous acts if he's voted out in november. if he's reelected, he'll have confirmation from both the senate and the american public. in that case, the country gets what it deserves.
