no matter where this opinion "article" was typed up it would be #fakenews. The author seems to be arguing in his opinion that the EO is unconstitutional because it ensures the Executive branch will take steps to execute federal immigration laws passed by the Legislative branch :rofl:

the main difference is that trumps executive orders have mostly been of preparing nature. they prepare the repeal and replacement of obamacare, they prepare a bill on building a wall.

thats quite different from the executive orders that obama mostly issued because he couldnt find a majority for his policies in congress.
