Results: Two audits find no issues with Maricopa County elections
PHOENIX — Two separate audits of the 2020 election in Maricopa County found that there were no issues with the county's voting machines or software, according to results released Tuesday by the Maricopa County Elections Department.
Pro V&V and SLI Compliance were hired to inspect the county's voting machines after some raised concerns following the outcome of the 2020 election. Their review began earlier in February.
The testing and analysis found that:
"all software and equipment inspected was using certified software and was not modified."
"no instances of malicious software or hardware installed on the tabulators or system."
"found no evidence of internet connectivity."
"found no evidence of vote switching and concluded that the equipment tabulated ballots accurately."
