see as growth of the ice sheets is actually a total contradiction to an alarmist view of climate change it does in fact create an argument in itself, an implied one that is obviously inkling within many minds.

well, yearly fluctuations are so big that one must talk about timespans of several decades anyway. global temperatures or ice sheet levels in one year mean jackshit. its about longterm trends.

It really doesn't. Growth of southern ice sheets do not downplay the significant decrease of northern ice sheets, which are much more important to weather patterns.

Really hard to look up data for this, it isn't like there is tons of evidence or anything.
