To me it looked like he said something and she initially found the thing funny/alright but then maybe the second degree or implications within that statement made her question her initial thoughts.
That's the kind of face people would do when they go : "hey that's cool... Wai- now that I think about it more than 2 seconds, maybe it's not so great."
