It's a shame most returning armed forces do not seek mental health services due to the loss of liberty, rights, and stigma mental health services can create for them. Returning service men and women are making the correct choices avoiding those for all those very reasons.

They'd be like: "Ok.. so MR/Mrs. therapist we killed lots of people over there and you know what?! I found I liked killing people, its fun ! Why cant we kill these jerks in our own country that threaten our democracy, liberty, and constitutional rights ? Our country has its fair share of terrorist as well. I got all this training now and am really good at it!

Mucho respect for Hispanics in regard to their loyalty to their families. I hope they can hang onto those family values post assimilation of their culture into ours. Maybe their culture can restore some of what we lost through industrialization. That is if American culture doesn't simply smother theirs out of existence first.

Having a mental illness wouldn't stop Uncle Sam from putting up homeless vets in government housing or empty schools or what have you like they are for illegals streaming across the border.



My wife would probably disagree, but that's neither here nor there.

Free federal housing for our mentally ill veterans and the creation of more jobs for men in white coats to keep them safe in their new surroundings all on the taxpayer's dime sounds like a triple win for Skinned's camp to me.

if it would be up to me, there would be no conflict created by attacking a country
the purpose of the military should only be defensive
but my statement above reflects the situation that personnel is hired/selected to go into conflict zones
