We can't stop the insane number of blacks killed by other black people... but the minuscule number of blacks killed by police... we just need to have a conversation. Or maybe a bunch of other community outreach programs which have already been implemented.

Only 91% of blacks murdered were killed by other black people. Maybe Alex can appreciate that statistic?
