Guys, what do you call a situation like this? A country's economy is not functioning despite economic preferences from neighboring countries and the absence of sanctions; its military industry is destroyed and completely dependent on external infusions (just like the economy- 100 billion euros a year plus constant supplies of equipment that Ukraine didn't produce even before the conflict due to a lack of expertise, and with an IQ lower than African countries- look it up, it's a disgrace, only Sri Lanka is lower, but that's just a clinic case of inbreeding). There's a shortage of personnel and hope for the deportation of those millions of fleeing draft dodgers or the mobilization of women (the beaten and mobilized homeless freebies have already run out). And right at this moment, a future defendant in a criminal case on corruption and theft from his own citizens during wartime- who stole from military supplies, from soldiers' food, from the construction of fortifications, and from the energy sector- is now literally demanding during his visit to Belgium that frozen Russian assets be allocated as a reparations loan, with the Belgian side bearing full responsibility, which Belgium would like to share with the EU. The only trouble is that not a single country has allocated its own frozen Russian assets held in its banks. France, for instance, is sitting on about 20 billion.
