Actually, Tel Aviv was hit harder during the Gulf War (Desert Storm) and back then, we had no missile defense at all.
Iron Dome is just the final shield. Israel has three more layers: David’s Sling, Arrow 2/3, and soon Iron Beam our laser system.

What’s truly alarming is your silence about Iran’s deliberate targeting of civilians. That alone shows how biased your position is.

If Iron Dome hadn’t worked if we had suffered mass casualties Iran’s civilian infrastructure would’ve been leveled. The fact that we haven’t done so yet is restraint, not weakness.
