I'm not familiar with this thing, but at a glance, it appears a good supplement, but not a replacement. On your fact-o-meter, is that mostly true, or something less? If less, let me know why.

Um... What? Are you saying that this form of alternative protein is based on... uh... A dystopian future where real protein isn't readily available or healthy to consume?
