The issue here is not whether he had the documents... he obviously did.
The issue is whether or not there was probable cause to issue the warrant in the first place.

You're usually a pretty level headed individual and I don't pretend to know EXACTLY what documentation you sign when becoming POTUS but generally from what little I do know you give away certain rights and the burden of proof required to cast reasonable suspicion or to get any sort of warrant is much lower for those who have access top classified documentation.

Trump is, at present, a civilian. He has the same rights as you and I.
One of those rights is the right to NOT have his house, etc., searched without probable cause.

This is the exact same thing the FBI did in 2016, right after Trump won.
The "fabricated" evidence to obtain search warrants for... just about everyone Trump knew.

Then, they offered those they search, without probable cause, jail time or rat on Trump.

They even wire tapped Trump Tower, illegally, before Trump won.
