You guys act as if Iran isn't suffering economically from the blockade. And when it comes to Trump: he can't run for reelection, and the House is gone anyway this November, even if the war ended tomorrow. It most likely would have been gone even without the Iran War... For Trump, it really doesn't matter if Democrats have 230 or 245 seats after the midterms. So no, it is not a given that Trump will fold and give up the blockade, at least not anytime soon. (The current situation obviously cannot go on for years...)
