None of the sections of US Code that TFG is being investigated for here neither require the sale or transfer of this information to a foreign entity, nor require that the material be classified or not. Just the possession of TS/SCI information outside of a SCIF alone is a serious infraction.

The whole issue of whether the warrant is justified is right here...





...and we know nothing about the "affidavits or testimony", that this warrant is based on.
Since the question at large is: Was the warrant justified... we still don't know if it was or not.

The fact that the warrants ended up being justified means they can pretty much make anything up and get away with it.

Basically say rumors that created reasonable suspicion and X, Y, and Z.

The documents you have to sign and all the NDA's you aren't afforded the same privacy as a citizen.....the fact that it was justified means the reasons they got the warrant will be talked about a lot but wont matter due to national security.
