Manafort was convicted for 8 counts all relating to his business dealing with Pro Putin politicians for Republican Donors in Ukraine and there was dirty money involved. Obviously.

They tried to use the charges to get Manafort to come clean regarding his conversations with Trump but Manafort assumed he would get pardoned so told them to F off.

The Mueller report also says he would arrest trump and his son but that is not within his power. don't forget that section.

I saw something that 1/3 are new donors have never donated before. they showed up after the 'indictment.

Actually its more a win for Dems to be honest.

People wanted him to be indicted. People wanted the perp walk.

People wanted to see him plead the fifth a million times

If he gets off thats fine, its not even a serious charge.
