You have a hell of a lot to be grateful for. The fact that you don’t realize this is insane.
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t be angry about the things that you think are wrong with the world, but you have to temper that with an understanding of how much worse things always were. You find yourself in an amazing time and place, you should take note of that. Maybe try to figure out how we got here and how we keep it going. You could have honest conversations with people here to help figure it out.
