Honestly, me "being bullied" was a formative experience where I learned a very valuable lesson. People tend to be passive. If you put up resistance, they fold pretty easily. That includes the workplace. People will tend to just do what you say when you make it easier for them to just go along with it. The average human takes the path of least resistance. When you put yourself in the way, they tend to divert path in the direction you want them to. You don't have to be a big obstacle. You just have to be big enough to be a slight inconvenience.
Like you. What do you do all day? You post racist stuff on a forum where nobody can confront you. You are the perfect picture of the people I grew up around. All talk, and living a pretty pathetic life because you're too weak to actually live out your values.
