What do people think of USPS' refusal of a judge's order to do a sweep of their facilities across ~15 states in order to locate ~300,000 ballots that have gone "missing"?

To clarify: They're not refusing to check for the ballots, but refused the timeline the judge provided. In many states ballots found according to USPS' timeline will "arrive" too late to be counted.

why does it seem like the counting of votes in WI and NC have slowed down as the night has gone on? Seems like they have been stuck at 94% reporting for the last 4 hours.
