Can't help but think this looks like an excellent chart to see which states are actually trying their best to implement Obamacare and which ones are doing their best to fuck it up in order to make people mad.

Minnesota had unfettered Democrat control and went all-in on Obamacare. Rates are going up next year between 50-67%.
