If you are talking now about sex change, it should be looked at case by case, dont you think so? If a kid is literally suffering every single day and is suicidal, then it should be treated as an illness and needs to be checked by an expert.

You cannot change your sex. That is not possible. Every "change" is cosmetic. If you are willing to accept that "gender" is a societal term, then gender is nothing more than appearance or self-identity, and that can change on the spot.
So when you attempt to claim that "sex change" should be assessed on a case by case basis, all I hear is that it should be legal to perform breast removal, radical hysterectomies, and castration on children. Further, that it should be legal to provide toxic levels of testosterone/estrogen to children.
There is zero data that suicide is impacted any way by any of these procedures or drugs. The suicide attempt rate among those with gender dysphoria are just above 40% both before
and after transition and/or hormone treatment.
The bottom line is that "transitioning children" mutilates them for life, and if you go far enough, it's irreversible. Girls who have radical double mastectomies can never breast feed. Ever. Implants can restore some cosmetic looks, but not functionality. Genital mutilation... Well, you can never father or mother children once your testicles/ovaries are removed. When these actions are being taken on children before they even understand what that means, at a time when they can't even consent to sex, or to smoke a cigarette, you are mutilating them for life without the possibility for informed consent. And once again, suicide attempt rates post-transition are in excess of 40%. That is a higher suicide attempt rate than was observed in Aushwitz. Your "gender affirming care" turns out to be completely ineffective, it's not care. Rather than attempting to treat a psychological disorder via counseling and potentially helpful psychiatric drugs, you are attempting to play god and change biology in a way that doesn't work, and will damage the person for life.
That being said, as long as I'm not being forced to pay for it, adults can mutilate themselves any way they want. The problem is that when you not only encourage that mutilation, but promote it as a positive, and start marketing it as "good" and "moral" soon you have an entire field of "medicine" pop up that promotes this horrific and irreversible activity. The "doctors" make millions at the expense of their victims.
As I said, no morals. FMG is nothing compared to the mutilation of children that you support.
