love them or hate them, whomever does his style of put up a table at a college, shoot 12 hours of interactions, post 30 min edited video compilation, is a bit hacky.

hacky and entertaining can still coexist. it's just not very intellectually honest.

and it should be said that he's reviled by some so much that he does often times get honest debates with people that, due to their anger, he crushes with arguments they can't handle.



i'd say its like 70-30, 80-20, or so. entertainment to earnest.

but that also begs the question, why censor someone who's mostly satire? be it jones or crowder.

He posts entire unedited conversations and has an explicit and consistent interest in making sound arguments and knowing and presenting the facts.
This goes above and beyond what almost any other channel does.

Yes he makes fact based arguments that unhinged overly emotional leftists can't handle.
Thats one of the problems that is widespread that he is trying to address. People, especially leftists, get angry and insult people instead of making good arguments and trying to better understand the issues. A recurring theme on his show is encouraging people to make good arguments and do research to better understand issues.

But in general crowder is a joke of a conservative but he certainly should be able to be a joke of a conservative on the platform even if he has to make some changes to stay there

Yeah i should have included that a tertiary problem is people making compilation videos that are highly edited with almost no contexts. Crowder, Shapiro, Peterson, Sam harris, etc all get this treatment from their fans. as do some more democratically challenged people on the left who "OWN" people with simple communist talking points.

while this isn't their fault I do think that it kills their brand in a way, sets people heavily up against them, and is relevant context when we're speaking about censorship that's largely driven by humans on social media using the report function, generally en masse. I for one think that the large disparity we see in conservative vs progressive speakers being censored is in part (large or small) due to conservatives respecting free speech more. which is kind of a DUH thing to say, but in this context it means reports = censorship. an odd thought. one side is literally more cry babies and it's affecting how machines police human interactions. it's pure exploitation of the system.

The problem is that he has different views and picks apart vox's propaganda videos.

Vox chose to focus on a couple of remarks within his numerous long videos that refute vox's lies and propaganda, as a pretext to get him banned.

This does not mean he has no substantive arguments. Thats not how logic works. You are unequivocally wrong, again.
