You appear to be lacking in common sense.

1. Hamas is currently being wiped out. Wipe out all the militants and those who support them, dig them out of their tunnels and collapse/fill in the tunnel system, destroy and seize their weapons caches, and you pull the teeth of whoever moves into the gap to raise the jihadist battle flag.

2. Oppression is not required for Jihadists to attack Israel. Israel has been under constant attack since it's founding. Killing the attackers and everyone who supports them does help to insure they don't attack again though. Corpses tend not to be very dangerous.

3. Israel has more than 5 enemies, and they've had more than 5 enemies for the entire existence of their nation. They're used to fighting on multiple fronts, in fact they're one of the best in the world at it.

Your understanding of both military strategy and the geopolitical situation in Israel is pretty lacking, friend.

There aren't. Pick whatever war, I'll show you how non-combatants were still a part of the war effort.

If it weren't for women, the elderly, and the disabled working the factories during WWII, would the US have been able to field such a massive military?

If it weren't for so-called "civilian" taxpayers funding it, would the US have been able to maintain it's invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan for so long?

There are no "civilians" in war. Because everyone, knowing or not, is involved in supporting that war. Which is why all throughout human history, one of the first things conquerors did was destroy so-called "civilian" infrastructure. Steal what they can, burn what they can't, rebuild and replant AFTER the enemy is dead or surrendered.

By ignoring the non-combatant infrastructure that supports the military of your enemy, you insure that they remain well supplied with all their needs AND a population base that can be conscripted into the combatant role. It's stupid, and no serious nation will ever allow it.

What you take seriously is irrelevant. Only the tax dollars taken from you to support war is relevant. You are not a civilian, you are directly supporting war efforts through your taxes. You're simply a non-combatant.

A military factory full of “civilians” is a legit target
The brits bombed them on ww2

There are definitely many people who view it that way, yes.

One day you will see war for what it is, rather than your rosey view of what it should be. Until then, your opinions aren't particularly relevant.

A farm that supplies food for soldiers (aka every single farm) is a valid military target. A school that teaches children to hate and want to murder your people is a valid target.

I think one of the most ridiculous stances that a growing number of people seem to have is that we should care about the children of our enemies. As long as they remain our enemies, they will raise their children to be our enemies as well. By sparing the children of our enemies, we simply create enemies for our own children.

There was a reason Genghis Khan went scorched earth on everyone who refused to surrender.

And Israel killed over 200 hezbollah members ruining their structures in the north while they aim civilians house.

Like whitesound said you have no idea what you are talking about

This talking point is getting stale my friend. Every time I criticize Israeli military actions you run with the same talking points. I've seen every video released in this war by both sides
I've got a decent grasp of the military happenings in the ME and I know that Israel has done a fantastic job of whacking irgc commanders abroad and hezb members in South Leb.

None of this changes the fact that so far Israel has no answer to the hezb question. Ben gvir even recently stated that the north became a punching bag for hezb. You can say I don't know what I'm talking about, fine, but atleast I try and debate these topics

What is your suggestion though? Like, leave the Hamas question to the side. Assume operations in Gaza will continue until the ultimate objective of Hamas being completely wiped out is successful. Israel still has plenty of military strength not dedicated to that campaign.

What would you suggest Israel do in regards to Hezbollah? Full scale warfare against Lebanon? Like, genuine question here. I don't know how one would go about rooting them out when they're a gigantic political faction that is well armed, well funded, and is widely supported by the general population of southern Lebanon.

What exactly is Israel supposed to do?

The difficulty to act against Hezbollah is not in the military perspective. Both the army and the citizens of Israel are ready for it and its consequences. Acting now at the north will portray Israel as a warmonger in the region and will eventually benefit Hamas because of the additional international pressure which will follow such a decision.
That being said, I doubt that our citizens will allow the Gov not to act. Our hope was that international pressure on Hezbollah will derive them to respect resolution 1701, I don’t see that happening. It’s a matter of time until Israel starts Lebanon war 3 IMO.

Full scale bombing campaign followed by an immediate ground invasion. It's not an ideal situation but everyday that Israel puts this off the greater hezbollah becomes. The Iranian supplied weapons they're receiving has crippled northern Israel. These weapons are reverse engineered Israeli weapons stolen during the 2006 war and now hezb has been using them to destroy military sites in the north.

Id imagine that Israel will have to get the states involved aswell because it would leave eastern Israel too exposed if it went to war with hezb
There's no easy answer here and this is why Israel has waited so long to invade, I don't pretend to have all the answers but I know a bad situation when I see one.

I'd imagine at this point, especially with everything happening at the icj, that Israel shouldn't care about public perception (regarding hezb) Israel definitely has the military capability for this and you're already seen as warmongering (imo)

If yall can clean up rafah before Ramadan (while trying to limit civilian casualties) and start allowing aid into Gaza, you might regain your status as acting in self defense. I may hate the way Israel has conducted its affairs in Gaza but the north is no joke and you have to take the gloves off before hezb establishes a land route to Tehran
