Minors who commit crimes shouldn't take the entirety of the punishment. Their parents/guardian should take the brunt of it. Then maybe parents would be more inclined to, well, parent more than they are. Maybe if parents were held accountable for raising shitty kids they wouldn't raise shitty kids. Change my mind.

“Traveling across statelines” is one of the funniest non sequiturs. Its basically akin to parking tickets.

It's a tell tale sign if people actually did a ounce of research into the case.
You can assume they have never seen any recorded footage of the event.
And are not watching the trial.

They are only basing an opinion on "He shouldn't have been there with a gun"
Which is not what the trial is about.

We all agree he shouldn't have been there, it was a dumb decision.
Unfortunately for these hay eating troglodytes "Being there" isn't a charge he's facing.
