You can eat split peas. That's delicious.

The problem is to improve mutual help & security.

No feeling of security, no weight loss.

I'm not saying capitalism is incompatible with security.
I'm saying capitalism needs to evolve. To improve security.

If you want to wake up: no alcohol, meat, yeast(mostly bread),eggs.

Soda is fine/ even beneficial if paired w/ a strong spice (Raw ginger). There's a reason gingerale has no ginger.
Daily raw ginger combined w/ any sugar can resolve diabetes.
Milk is fine if you freeze it + reheat it w/ a spice+ herb such as saigon cinnamon + mint. Freezing breaks down the strange additives.
Milk was designed to be consumed warm/room temperature so consuming cold milk is a spiritually strange practice.
Rice cooked in clove reduces arsenic Noodles cooked w/ natural sulfites(chive) reduces glyphosate.

Freeze your snacks to destructure & reduce germs.
Cook your dried fruits ideally but 1st inspect them for green mold if they are sulfite free.

In general you need a small amount of carefully inspected Raw foods/liquids, a large amount of cooked foods,
You can garnish cooked foods w/ raw foods something as simple as a squeeze of fresh grapefruit + a few pieces of blight free(no black dots) cilantro.

actually, it is about how much you eat lol. calories in vs calories out is the basics of weight loss.

Homo sapiens are apes that can drink. Abstinence is a crime of heritage.

Eating is not a spiritual endeavor. Meat, eggs, and dairy are the foundation of a strong body. If a meal does not contain one of the three, it's because I'm eating fish.
