dont get me wrong i eat like a king, but not processed garbage that is the equivalent of eating plastic lol.

You can dissolve/break down meat in raw pineapple juice, it breaks down chitin as well.
when it's done cooking but when still piping -If you add grated horseradish & fresh chive or
green garlic sprouts in a cooking oil w/ a pinch of sea salt it will be better than 5star restaurant steak.

Haven't worked w/ spam exclusively but it's all the same food science as long as youre cooking it w/ some kind of cover.

I spent the first 4 months of this year really trying to lose weight.
I went all the way down to 1200 calories a day.
I still couldn't get below 215.
I've been eating like shit the past 3 months, I don't go above 225 unless I've just eaten something super salty.


My body refuses to go out of this range. I've accepted that I can basically eat whatever I want and my body will keep me stable. Pretty great but also frustrating knowing that no matter how hard I work I'll never get a better body lol.

afaik its fairly common for some men to have very ineffectual results from diet on weight loss, as compared to exercise. and the obverse is true for many women, who can skip the treadmill and instead focus on diet more. all having to do with differing metabolisms and fat storage mechanism. i guess i have a bitch ass metabolism, or with my gardening/landscaping regime and weight lifting, diet is just about the only metric left to change. i was lifting and working my ass off and still 265, made no changes in activity but changed diet and dropped 25 lbs.

Raw veganism works for loosing excess body weight but is not good to be used long term. Need cooked foods/beverages to hold on to weight.
JalapeƱos help boost your metabolism if you can resist the urge to over eat.
