i always found blood sausages to be far more gross than processed meat, so i suppose its cultural. some people like blood mixed with flour stuffed into an intestine, or will fight over who gets to scoop the eyeball from the roast goat, or will eat a dog but not a cow. biggest issue with spam is the salt, biggest issue with salt is dehydration. i drink 2 gals of water a day so im not worried about my weekly can of spam on the weekends for brekky.

idk what u mean, i literally eat spam on saturday mornings.

sliced thick its gelatinous squishy and disgusting because the fat cant render. sliced thin it has the consistency of a nice spit roasted gyro meat, crisp exterior and salty to the point i dont need to add any salt to my eggs.

i also enjoy canned corned beef hash, another food people find disgusting because they've only had it cooked wrong, aka undercooked. u want to crispy at least on one side.
