I think the ratio of "children" killed in Gaza would have that kind of breakdown when we look at how many were 17 year old gunmen in masks shooting at the IDF from rooftops, but not as skewed, there would still be thousands of innocent children and toddlers killed by both bombardment and Hamas misfires/shootings
