Maybe the coroner reporting and testifying he thought it was homicide.
The pulmonary specialist testifying he thought it was murder.
Etc. etc. etc. or maybe the jury convicting him?

Personally, I changed my mind from manslaughter to murder over the simple fact that he was restrained and no threat, then he was STILL pinned for like 7 minutes? while being ZERO threat, and refused aid, while being unconscious.. unless you think he was going to barrel roll people on the sidewalk while not breathing.

his knee was not on his neck, that isn't speculation it's a fact as shown by the video, this is not in dispute

he was also saying he couldn't breathe before he was on the ground.. for me I think he swallowed a large amount of drugs he was trying to hide from the police and he died from it.

I don't know if he was racist.. I have a real hard time with cops restraining, or attacking people that have been neutralized.
