Maybe the coroner reporting and testifying he thought it was homicide.
The pulmonary specialist testifying he thought it was murder.
Etc. etc. etc. or maybe the jury convicting him?
They all refuted your "it wasn't on his neck" reasoning, and too much drugs reasoning over and over.
Personally, I changed my mind from manslaughter to murder over the simple fact that he was restrained and no threat, then he was STILL pinned for like 7 minutes? while being ZERO threat, and refused aid, while being unconscious.. unless you think he was going to barrel roll people on the sidewalk while not breathing.
enough drugs in him to kill a horse
knee was not on his neck
no evidence he killed him intentionally
seems like manslaughter to me at most, he was using a hold that was allowed by the police force.. idk
no one is defending chauvin but I really fail to see how this was murder in any way AND that the entire MSM is somehow saying he is racist with zero evidence
'They all refuted your "it wasn't on his neck" reasoning, and too much drugs reasoning over and over.'
I mean it goes both ways... defense had experts say the opposite right?
his knee was not on his neck, that isn't speculation it's a fact as shown by the video, this is not in dispute
he was also saying he couldn't breathe before he was on the ground.. for me I think he swallowed a large amount of drugs he was trying to hide from the police and he died from it.
