I thought you were a fan of free speech, no?
you didnt post this thread?
https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=98494906&f=119isnt this also you? you know sharing flight data is legal according to the constitution? or do you not agree with the first amendment now? funny that the 'democrats' want unconstitutional things but yet here you are.... you seem a bit confused here lil buddy
Listen, little buddy, there is a huge difference between a business making decisions for their business, and the government passing laws interfering with the first amendment. There is no quote around democrats. The democrats in NY are passing laws to restrict speech. Period. That is unconstitutional. Period.
If you are confused I recommend getting more involved with the argument and become cognizant of the distinction between the two. The problem conservative minded individuals have is when the government restricts speech. This is the entirety of the Twitter scandal. This is the problem with New York passing speech restrictions. This is the problem with the bakery in Colorado, and more recently the web designer who has brought forth a lawsuit to combat this issue.
Elon musk not wanting him and his family to be endangered by constant doxxing is completely understandable. You, clearly being on the opposite side of this, are in favor of people causing physical harm. There is no way around this.
Last year I guarantee your position was, “private businesses can make their own decisions”. You flipped on this issue because of tribal hatred for the space man. I am sure you hold no principled position here.
Correct me if I am wrong about your position, please. I believe you are jokingly on the side of free speech absolutism because it benefits you in this moment and can lead to physical harm to those you don’t like.
There was never a moment where I made it seem like I am on the side of free speech absolutism. I am extremely clear my problem is when the government attempts to restrict speech.
