there's nothing u say or do that i'd categorize as important to me.

i was bored, talked u in circles, and you've given up because u realize it. so not even worth it anymore.

In order for me to "give up" on something, first there would have to be something that's worth giving up for. You have given me none.

Bell said he would support a stay of execution (several months) “so his counsel may further investigate the time that the victims died.”

https://apnews.com/article/missouri-state-government-california-st-louis-crime-f527565eb092ff8f1df97db3f216c37c

Republican Gov. Mike Parson denied a clemency request on Monday, dismissing Taylor's “self-serving claim of innocence.”

That's it .

Do you think it's possible that the Governor made his judgement based on Bell's statement that “the facts are not there to support a credible case of innocence.” after Bell was asked by the defense attorney to request a new hearing?

No since he asked for a delay:

He didn't ask for a delay. He said he would support a stay of execution.

Near the end of the article it says "Gipson said he would ask the Missouri Supreme Court to postpone the execution date by 90 to 120 days". Did he? I don't know, I can't find information confirming either way.

Regardless, granting a stay of execution is within the Governors power but he's not obligated to. I'm sure he considered the matter and came to the conclusion that the prosecuting attorney and the state Supreme Court both acted in the interest of justice.

You can be "sure" of something but it does not show it's true. I dont know exactly in which measure he can ask X or Y depending of what's in the case.

Bell said he would support a stay of execution “so his counsel may further investigate the time that the victims died.

Bell campaigned on a platform of opposition to the death penalty.

I was looking at Alabama's death row yesterday, do white people not commit crimes there?

In Alabama, whites are entitled to different legal representation

how many death penalties did it take for them to get the cruel and unusual torture right?

was it the long withstanding electrical torture amplified by sponges? or the perception altering 3 part injection that allows the individual to feel each shot as though it were 3 years.

those dang firing squads and beheadings are very very cruel. even hangings would seem reasonable factoring in the actual science of what they do these days.

but dont worry potassium chloride is a necessary nutrient in your bottled water. and its still better than americium 21 in your tap and smoke detectors.

guillotine seems particulary horrible I agree. Seems people can still know what's happening for minute. I am opposed to death penalty.
