apples and oranges. those immigrants you use to downplay the lasting effects of blatantly racist policies are usually significantly more intelligent and wealthy than their country's average to start with. take the indian-americans for example. how high do you think the percentage of indians is that could realistically emigrate to america in the first place? not only the travel costs, but also being accepted...
your whole "argument" is preposterous and flawed as fuck.
comparing african americans and white americans is a much more useful comparison because we're talking about significant and representative population groups, which have been affected by american policies for generations.
again, every halfway serious scholar in any related field (history / economics / social studies...) acknowledges that. there's tons of literature on the issue. your "america's racist past has absolutely no impact on black people today" narrative is one exclusively favoured by racists and those pandering to them for political reasons.
many of these people arrive poor as fuck, clearly native african americans should have the advantage.....but they dont
YeeHaw and i have already told you that anyone can make a decent living, if he really wants to
we told you that theres plenty of well paid work as long as you are not an illiterate and apply yourself
how is discrimination from dozens of years ago stopping a young black man from getting a railway or oil field job? or going to trade school, community college, getting certs, you name it
tell us fenderp
surely certain doors are more or less closed, when you are from a shitty neighborhood and baltimore ghetto highschool is not good enough for harvard university, but YOU DONT NEED THAT
all it takes is breaking out of the ghetto culture
you are pushing people into a victim role until they dont even try anymore
fucking racist, you have no interest to help anyone, because you couldnt be offended on their behalf
